Use of the Service

Toolasy provides free, browser-based tools for personal and commercial use. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to process content you do not have the right to process.

Your files

All processing happens locally in your browser. We never receive, store, or have access to the files you process, and therefore we take no responsibility for their contents. You are solely responsible for the files you use with the Service and for keeping your own backups.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results (such as converted or compressed files) will meet your requirements. Always verify important output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toolasy and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Intellectual property

The Toolasy name, site design, and content are the property of their respective owner. You retain all rights to the files you process — we claim no ownership over them.

Third-party services

The Service uses third-party providers for analytics, advertising, and hosting, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
