Toolasy is built to respect your privacy. This policy explains what data is and isn't collected when you use our free online tools at toolasy.com.
The files you process never leave your device
Every tool on Toolasy runs entirely in your web browser. When you compress an image, convert a HEIC photo, merge a PDF, or convert between JPG and PDF, that file is processed locally on your own device. Your files are never uploaded to our servers, never stored, and never seen by us or anyone else. You can confirm this by opening your browser's Network tab while using a tool — no file leaves your machine.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which tools are popular. Google Analytics may collect standard, non-identifying information such as the pages you view, your approximate region, browser type, device type, and how you arrived at the site. This helps us decide which tools to build next. It does not include the contents of any file you process. Google Analytics is configured to set cookies for measurement; see Google's Privacy Policy.
Advertising
Toolasy may display ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies at aboutads.info.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We use them only for the analytics and advertising described above — not to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the tools will still work.
No accounts, no personal data
Toolasy has no sign-up, no login, and no user accounts. We do not ask for, collect, or store your name, email, or any personal information (except any email you choose to send us directly — see Contact).
Third-party services
We rely on Google Analytics and Google AdSense (described above) and on Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers the site. Cloudflare may process standard request logs (such as IP address) to deliver content securely and protect against abuse. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Children's privacy
Toolasy is a general-audience website and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, opt out of personalized ads using the links above, and disable cookies in your browser. Because no file ever leaves your device, there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above.
